Job Purpose

Mainly responsible and accountable for all aspects of Digital System operations including system user acceptance testing, implementation, deployment, support, maintenance, training, and preparing reports.


  • Participate in new digital projects implementation and deployment
  • Check daily transactions/reports for MIS reporting
  • Develop the SQL Script for ah-hoc reports and analysis reports
  • Monitor the microfinance banking system
  • Responsible to support all aspects of MIS systems
  • Support and solve system errors, user errors, and complaints
  • Supervise the end users of banking software from branches and head office
  • Provide system training and support to the system users
  • Check the transactions and support transactions issues and errors
  • Prepare various types of MIS reports for the requested personals
  • Provide support, training, and working with the users for new digital projects initiative
  • Carry out any assigned ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Able to travel if required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or relevant qualification
  • Must have at least 1-year experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Usage and competent working knowledge of Excel and macro codes
  • Preferable previous work experience in writing SQL scripts
  • Preferable experience in preparing BI reports and dashboards
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to communicate in English if required
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Able to work under challenging situations with minimum supervision
  • Possess ‘Can do’ attitude
