Job Title : Customer Care Supervisor
Location : Head Office /  Regional Office

Reports to : Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily, monthly plan for calls for customer care agents and assure to implement coordinately
  • Check data in CRM to make daily calls
  • Implement the lists of daily tasks for the customer care agents
  • Supervise the productivity and daily work of the customer care agents
  • Monitor the performance of the customer care center
  • Ensure the resources are used to produce optimal results
  • Evaluate performances with metrics like call center waiting time, accuracy, data entry and data verification etc.
  • Provide regularly feedback to the agents and improve their quality by recommending
  • Provide training and onboarding for the recruits to maintain high customer care standards
  • Manage the customer data in the CRM and send reports
  • Analyze data and report any issue to Management
  • Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports
Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor degree holder
  • Proven experience as call center supervisor or similar supervisory position
  • Have experienced minimum two years in call center and customer service management
  • Know how to handle Microfinance Customers
  • Customer focus and strong interpersonal skill
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Good computer skill and English
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (Preferable)
