Deputy Treasury Manager

This position will be based in Head Office, Yangon with frequent visits to the branches in respective area.  The incumbent is responsible to oversee day-to-day treasury activities and supervise Treasury Officers to be perform well in their duties and responsibilities.  The position reports directly to the Sr. Treasury Manager/Treasury Manager.

• Arrange for fund transfer/fund request to/from branches
• Make sure all of the loan repayment to local and international lenders on time
• Make sure all local and oversea suppliers payment paid on time
• Making all payment transactions with internet banking
• Making all payment transactions from Odoo software
• Dealing with regulatory especially Financial Regulatory Department and FESC for making USD payment and dealing with Tax Office for Withholding Tax matter
• Responsible for bank accounts opening/closing and changing the authorized signatories if needed
• Monitoring to prepare cheque for funding arrangement
• Dealing with bank for cash withdrawal
• Reconcile the banking transaction on a daily basis
• Prepare daily assets and liabilities report
• Assist in acquire of CBM and FRD approval for local and international new loan and existing loan extension
• Assist in cash flow and departmental budget preparation
• Be present at weekly liquidity meeting
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or related area of study.
• Minimum five year as a Deputy Treasury Manager and working experiences in microfinance or banking is a must.
• Good communication with clients and staffs, monitoring and planning skills
• Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets (Microsoft Word Tools)
• Excellent communication skills in local and must Good Teamwork communications
• Commitment to and understanding of aims, values and principles
• Proven team working ability
