IL Loan Officer (Mon, Kayin, Bago)

Prospect, promote, identify and recruit potential clients for DAWN´s Individual Lending Unit. Conduct financial appraisal of business, follow-up clients in arrears and provision of strong customer service. Build and maintain a healthy portfolio of individual loans.

ဤရာထူးသည် DAWN ၏ တစ်ဦးချင်းချေးငွေဌာနအတွက် အလားအလာရှိသော ချေးငွေယူမည့်သူများကို ရှာဖွေစုဆောင်းရရှိရေး၊ စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်း၏ ငွေကြေးဆိုင်ရာစစ်တမ်းကောက်ယူရရှိရေး၊ ချေးငွေများထုတ်ပေးရန်နှင့်ပြန်လည်ကောက်ခံရေး၊ ပြည့်ဝသော ချေးငွေဝန်ဆောင်မှုများပေးနိုင်ရေး၊ တစ်ဦးအလိုက် ချေးငွေအရည်အသွေး ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော လစဉ် နှင့် နှစ်စဉ် လျာထားချက်များ ပြည့်မီရေးအတွက် တာဝန်ရှိသည်။

• Conduct promotional activities and identify potential clients of the specific market segment for the Individual Lending Unit in his/her sales territory.
• သတ်မှတ်ထားသော နယ်မြေဒေသအတွင်း တစ်ဦးချင်းချေးငွေဌာနအတွက် ဈေးကွက်ဖော်ဆောင်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းနှင့် တိကျခိုင်မာသော ဈေးကွက်အတွင်းရှိ အလားအလာရှိသော ချေးငွေယူမည့်သူများ ရှာဖွေစုဆောင်းရရှိရေး။
• Ensure data and information in loan applications is accurate and of acceptable quality, and ensure also authenticity of documentation.
• ချေးငွေလျောက်လွှာတွင် မှန်ကန်တိကျမှုရှိပြီး လက်ခံနိုင်စွမ်းရှိသော သတင်းအချက်အလက်များ ကောက်ခံရရှိနိုင်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း နှင့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ မှန်ကန်မှု ရှိ/ မရှိ သေချာစွာ စစ်ဆေးကောက်ယူခြင်း။
• Conduct site visits and reference checks at and around client’s business premises to verify business operations.
• ငွေချေးသူ၏ လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှုကို အတည်ပြုစစ်တမ်းကောက်ယူနိုင်ရန်အတွက် လုပ်ငန်းပရဝဏ် နှင့် အနီးတဝိုက်တွင် သွားရောက်လည်ပတ် စစ်ဆေးခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
• Conduct home verification visits and reference checks to verify the residency of potential customers.
• အလားအလာရှိသော ငွေချေးသူ၏ နေအိမ်သို့ သွားရောက်၍ ၎င်းပေးအပ်ထားသည့် အိမ်ထောင်စုပိုင်ဆိုင်ပစ္စည်းစာရင်း အသေးစိတ်ကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
• Evaluate the willingness and capacity to repay of new and existing clients following DAWN’s loan evaluation methodology.
• DAWN မှချမှတ်ထားသော နည်းလမ်းအတိုင်း ချေးငွေယူသူ အသစ် နှင့် အဟောင်းတို့၏ ပြန်ဆပ်လိုစိတ် နှင့် ပြန်ဆပ်နိုင်စွမ်းများကို ချင့်ချိန်ခန့်မှန်နိုင်ခြင်း။
• Participate in credit committees presenting loan recommendations for approval.
• ချေးငွေခွင့်ပြုရန် အတွက် ချေးငွေစီစစ် အကဲဖြတ်အဖွဲ့နှင့်အတူ ဆွေးနွေးထောက်ခံခြင်းများတွင်လည်း ပါဝင်ခြင်း။
• Develop business relationship with clients to support their business success and cultivate loyalty to DAWN.
• ငွေချေးသူများ၏ စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်အောင် ကူညီပံ့ပိုးနိုင်ရန်အတွက်  ငွေချေးသူများနှင့် ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်ခြင်း။
• Monitor client’s business progress to identify any potential problems.
• ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာနိုင်သော ပြဿနာများကို သိရှိနိုင်ရန် ငွေချေးသူ၏ လုပ်ငန်းတိုးတက်မှုကို စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် လေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။
• Manage and recover late payments according to institutional procedures.
• အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ ချမှတ်ထားတဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အညီ ငွေနောက်ကျမှု ပြဿနာကိုင်တွင်ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ခြင်း။
• Assist to IL Manager to achieve targeted result regarding active borrowers and outstanding loan portfolio of branch
• ဌာနမှ ချမှတ်ထားသော လျာထားချက်များဖြစ်သည့် ချေးငွေယူသူများ၊ ထုတ်ချေးမည့် ငွေပမာတိုးမြှင့်နိုင်ခြင်းများ ပြည့်မှီနိုင်ရန် အတွက် မန်နေဂျာအား ကူညီပံ့ပိုးပေးနိုင်ခြင်း။
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• ကြီးကြပ်သူ၏ညွှန်ကြားချက်အတိုင်း တခြားသော တာဝန်များ ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ခြင်း။

·       Myanmar national.

·       မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားဖြစ်ရမည်။

·       University graduate in finance, economics, accounting or related field.

·       တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ စီပွားရေး (သို့) ငွေကြေးစီမံခန့်ခွဲရေး (သို့) စာရင်းအင်းတို့ နှင့် ပတ်သက်ဆက်နွယ်သော ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

·       One year working experience as microfinance individual loan officer or in retail banking or sales preferably in the specific market segment for the Individual Lending Unit.

·       တစ်ဦးချင်းချေးငွေ အရာရှိရာထူးဖြင့် အနည်းဆုံး တစ်နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည် (သို့) တစ်ဦးအလိုက် ချေးငွေလုပ်ငန်းတွင် တိကျခိုင်မာသော ဈေးကွက်အတွင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးခဲ့ဖူးသော အတွေ့ကြုံ ရှိရမည်။

·       Excellent service and communication skills.

·       ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေး နှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးနိုင်ခြင်းအပေါ် အထူးကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။

·       Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets.

·       ကွန်ပြူတာကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

·       Strong financial analysis skills.

·       ငွေကြေးနှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သော စီစစ်တွက်ချက်မှုများ ကျွမ်းကျင်ပိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။

·       Strong intuition; able to assess character of potential clients.

·       အလားအလာရှိသော ငွေချေးသူ၏ စရိုက်လက္ခဏာများကို လေ့လာအကဲဖြဖတ်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိရမည်။

·       Willingness to work in low-income neighborhoods and spend long time in the field.

·       လုပ်ငန်း လိုအပ်ချက်အရ ဆင်ခြေဖုံး ရပ်ကွက်များအတွင်း အချိန်ကြာမြင့်စွာ သွားရောက်လုပ်ကိုင်လိုစိတ် ရှိရမည်။
