JOB PURPOSE
IT and System Officer shall be in charge of providing support to Early Dawn employees in terms of all Software tools of work. He must be familiar with the Kredits System and can immediately provide assistance to any software-related inquiries of Early Dawn Employees. He shall be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Kredits Database and can also provide assistance in generating pertinent reports. With the support of the Head of Digital, IT & MIS, he shall also be responsible for training and re-training employees on how to use Software tools, especially Kredits System. He shall ensure that all employees can properly take advantage of all the Software Capabilities and Productivity tools of Early Dawn. IT & System Officer to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. IT & System Officer supervises the implementation and maintenance of the organization’s computing needs. Individual tasks vary depending on the size and structure of the organization. |

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
– Install and maintain the Desktop & Laptop hardware, monitors, and other computer equipment – Sets up and configures desktop computers, peripherals, and accounts assigning security level – Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as service providers and developers – Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking Laptop & Desktop equipment – Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via phone – Liaise the CCTV installation & maintain service with Vendors – Assist and update to senior IT Administrator for IT assets management, temporary assets, and deposal assets & update record – Maintain the IT Service Request System and document – Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate – Supervise and provide end-user services, including technical support services – Office plans to open new internet & computer equipment – Communicate with vendors, outsourcing, and service providers to the maintenance of IT products and services – Manage and in-charges Junior IT staffs to assign tasks and delivery process – Budget prepared & manage the Junior Staff branches visit & monitoring roll out plan – Train the new Junior staff for IT Operating procedure |

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s in computer information technology Degree (relevant education/ qualification) – Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in IT Support Role – Excellent technical knowledge of network and hardware, including the Microsoft platform – Excellent Communication Skills – Good English and Myanmar Language Skills (reading, writing, understanding) – Effective interpersonal skills and teamwork & relationship building skills – Able to Travel if required |
