It is a fast growing Institution with over 942 employees, with plans to expand to new regions, to serve additional segments of clients, with new and better products and services, to introduce innovations based on technology, and with an obvious need for additional departments and positions ( DAWN is registered under the Ministry of Planning and Finance, and was granted a license by the Financial Regulatory Department to provide financial services to low-income clients as well as to small and medium businesses.

This responsibility is to provide essential administrative, organizational support to our project team, assist planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects, contributing to success and efficiency.


  • Assist Project Manager (PM) in research, data collection, and analysis to inform project strategies and decisions.
  • Help PM to create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and progress reports.
  • Assist PM to ensure projects are in scope, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Assist PM in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support PM with the development of documents regarding projects.
  • Participate in documenting discussions, monitoring project status, action items, and follow-up tasks.
  • Assist PM with the update of detailed project plans.
  • Update capacity data and write project logs on a daily basis.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure project goals are met.

–       Any University graduated

–       Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and fast and accurate typing skill

–       Excellent communication in local and English, writing

–       Good organizational skills and attention to detail

–       Ability to work as part of a team

–       Adept quickly in a new environment.

–       Innovate in routine tasks.

–       Fundamental knowledge of digital technology.
